Hi Olis,

I'm still working out the kinks on my new website. Thank you for visiting and commenting. I have recently become more aware of the intentionality behind our systems. I knew there was greed and power and privilege operating, but only just now understand the concerted action. Thank you for your ideas of infiltrating the systems to change the way they are operating and turn them in a new direction that can allow all individuals to thrive.

Hope your trip continues to amaze, delight and provide insight.

Thank you for your light and witnessing of me. Also thank you for your words! I love that you remind us to question, ask who else needs to be in the room, whose perspective have we not considered, and if one speaks up ...what if those words are like the butterfly wings whose movement changes everything! I always love the analogy of how a butterfly moving its wings delicately, can be the final impetus for a tsunami to begin!

Christie,

I have this overwhelming feeling that you're destined to become a spiritual master for disenfranchised women/men looking for spiritual paths not in an organized tradition or evangelical sense, but one that lives love, not guilt or shame as many religions purport. It seems like a feminized Buddhism... is an attracting pull for me...

Thanks,
Colleen xxoo

1.Living your intentions is the most authentic way for breaking the dominance...the energy gets picked up by the universe and gently inspires those who are ready to embrace it.

2. Questioning who has the power, who has the money, and who is being left out with any political and economic initiative that is legislated.

3. Dismantle corporate lobbying and breakdown the big banks that have become to big to fail.

4. MOST IMPORTANT RESPECT AND TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE SHOULD COOPERATE AND NOT COMPETE IN THIS WORLD...xxoo

Yes and thank you, the challenge and opportunity is to stay awake and take inspired action! Jane and I have reduced our footprint by only owning one house, we have no debt except the morgage we have almost paid off, we are conscious of where and how we shop, we try to buy local whenever possible...What are other ways of responding that breaks dominance?

Christie,

I believe we have become disenchanted with a neoliberal (political-economic regime) process that has stripped compassion from our very humanity. It has rendered us apolitical and docile to a type of capitalism that is barbaric with little concern for humanity and a sustainable earth; but only with profit margins.

The key is a critical consciousness that provokes the right questions; it is from this query that reality and truth will unfold and break this veil of oppressive political -economic dominance.

Love,
Colleen

I think the occupy folks are right to point us to world monetary policy -- the systems we bemoan are not failing, they are doing exactly what they were designed to do, which is keep poverty and oppression healthy so the ruling classes can continue to prosper. The drastic increase in inequity could not happen without failed educational systems, political corruption, and the like. Perhaps we need to be talking about a) system infiltration, b) wealth building, c) and political education as a basis for meaningful change.
